Are you an experienced Support Worker looking to embark upon a fantastic career working with a residential service that supports individuals with complex needs and learning difficulties?

Are you passionate about helping people to develop their life skills, allowing them to reach their full potential?

We have a fantastic opportunity available right now in Falkirk! We are looking for someone who can be creative, coming up with fun and engaging activities to brighten up the service users' day.

Responsibilities:

* Find exciting things for service users to do, whether it be going out on an adventure or playing indoor games
* Build a relationship with service users, encouraging them to express individuality
* Help service users to pursue their aspirations and take their own place in the world

In order to be considered for this post, you must:

* Be educated to SVQ 2 / HNC level, or have the ability to establish competency at this level
* Have experience in dealing with vulnerable clients in a supportive setting
* Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, adults and families
* Be able to demonstrate interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and awareness of self and others
* Have a compassionate attitude and empathetic understanding
