Are you passionate about working with children and adolescents with emotional behavioural difficulties and has experience working with challenging behaviour?

We are currently supporting a client that provides support for children leaving care and other disadvantaged teenagers.

Locations we cover:

* Redbridge, Enfield, Havering, Essex, Hertfordshire, Harrow, Ealing, Richmond Upon Thames, Brent, Barnet

Pay starts at £8.50/ Hour


- Weekly pay

- Full time hours guaranteed

- Accrued Holiday pay (PAYE)

- Opportunity to be paid on a 24 hours shift

Job Responsibilities:

- Act as a key worker for young people; take responsibility for the development, implementation, monitoring and review of placement/support plans.

- Staff will need to be aware and work in a proactive manner to ensure the children are supported effectively, feel secure and reduce anxieties.

- Work in conjunction with the Behaviour Support team enabling young people to manage their challenging behaviour

- Following protocol and procedure to ensure safety for both staff and resident

- reliable and engaging to ensure that care plans are met


- Passionate about helping people and comfortable to work with behavioural difficulties

- Good communication skills and computer literate

- Active and engaging to help vulnerable young people to do various activities on and off-site

- Flexible with shift patterns, can do 24 hours shift, sleep ins or waking nights
