We are looking to recruit a supported living manager in the Carlisle area.

You will be an experienced Supported Living Manager and you will be looking to work for a leading social care organisation who have a long-term growth plan for the North West.

This forward thinking organisation has developed a brand new supported living service for people with mental health issues in the Newcastle area. This will include young adults with chaotic lifestyles, substance and alcohol abuse, or individuals that are at risk of addictions. The successful manager will be involved in running the service, managing staff and bringing in referrals and setting up care plans

The Role:

- Managing a supported living complex
- Personalised support to service users/tenants
- Supporting young adults with chaotic lifestyles who may have substance or alcohol issues
- Management and development
- Budgets, rotas, and setting up new packages of care

The Successful Candidate:

- Will have experience of assessing people's individual needs
- Supported Living experience in a management role
- Experience of the Care Act
- Someone can work autonomously
