Are you an experienced Manager? Do you have an understanding of roads and highways projects? Do you want to work for a national specialist company within the east of England?

We're currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager for a national contractor to work within their Surfacing Contracting division based in Norfolk.

Our client is looking to appoint someone with a background in roads and highways who can managed the operational team whilst working alongside a QS managing the commercial team.

On a day to day basis you will be expected to:

* Manage tender processes

* Manage a busy operational team for projects in Suffolk

* Site visits on major roads

* Assist commercial teams with cost reporting and project management

Our client is looking to appoint someone who has an understanding and background within:

* Roads and Highways projects,

* Experience in managing successful tenders

* Dealing with private contractors and local authorities
