Do you have proven experience working as a Supervisor within the Civil Engineering sector?

Are you looking for an opportunity that will allow you to use your leadership skills in a leading business?

Who are our client looking for?

As the ideal Surfacing Supervisor, you will be able to demonstrate proven supervisory experience ideally within Civil Engineering. You will ideally have a good knowledge of works delivery within the highways sector.

You will also require:

* Highways Maintenance Experience

* Construction Qualification - NVQ 3

* CSCS Qualification


* Service Technical Knowledge

* Health & Safety IOSH

* IT Literate Word Excel, Project and PowerPoint

* Driving Licence

Joining the team as a Surfacing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing labour, plant, materials and subcontractors on site to ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with programme/works order, budget and quality requirements.

This role will also involve:

* Ensuring compliance with the company's policies, processes and procedures.

* Working closely with the project Quantity Surveyor(s) to understand the commercial strategy for each project and implementing this on site to maximise returns.

* Development and maintenance of relationship with Client Engineers and Supervisors.

* Leading and developing the site team to drive best practice and continuous improvement.
