Are you an experienced Social Housing Surveyor seeking a step up into a leadership role?

My client has an immediate opportunity for a Surveying Supervisor to join their Reactive Repairs Team on an initial interim basis.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate success within a Reactive Repairs environment and/or have managerial experience within this department.

Responsibilities



* Ensure staff performance is maintained at the highest standards
* Assist the responsive repairs manager to monitor and report expenditure and costs against budgets
* Maintain day-to-day supervision of Response Services Surveyors in the team.
* Monitor and identify targets individually within the repairs team
* Maintain up to date knowledge of any changes in policies, legislations and case laws

Requirements



* HNC or equivalent qualification in a construction or building related subject
* Management/supervisor experience
* Knowledge of social housing customer expectations
* Full UK driving license
