A national Bank is looking to people who want to Working as part of the GCS UAM (Group Customer Services - User Access Management) Team. Within this team you will bexpected to perform user reconciliations and system recertifications for audit and compliance purposes.

Core Responsibilities



* Ability to prioritise UAM activities in accordance with programs requirements
* Maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets detailing PPI Agents systems information
* On-boarding of new PPI Agents within agreed SLA's
* Resolving of users 1st time on-boarding IT issues
* Maintenance and the deletion of users profiles in accordance with Bank Policies
* Reconciliation of systems and users access on a periodic basis and within limited timeframes
* Liaising with program managers and operational areas regarding new joiners and process changes
* Liaison with various IT areas to ensure PPI UAM requirements are delivered within project timescales
* Ensure work is delivered within agreed timescales
* On-site visits to support on-boarding of PPI Agents as and when required
* Work alongside colleagues from across Lloyds Banking Group to ensure that PPI Operations ways of working are aligned to the wider group policies
* Ensure own conduct falls within LBG values and behaviours

Experience/Knowledge Skills and Capabilities



* Good interpersonal and influencing skills, building effective relationships with PPI colleagues and stakeholders
* Detailed knowledge of Excel - including V Lookups
* Ability to manage own workloads to agreed timescales
* Organisational skills
* Clear communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to suit the audience
* Attention to detail "accuracy" is important as the applicant will be working mainly on spreadsheets
* Team Player
* Must be able to evidence both experience of and an appetite to work in an environment which is fast paced and subject to frequent change.

Additional information

The role requires the ability to work flexibly and may involve the occasional weekend working on overtime but general hours will align to operating hours of between 9am - 5pm
