Job responsibilities:
- Working alongside main teacher to support plans and strategies for each student.
- To participate in all activities throughout the day including supporting teachers on off-site trips
- Support students in one to one and group settings
- Ensure that students can effectively communicate with peers and staff
- Observe students and report back to main teacher about what went well and even better if


Key skills:
- Must have own means of transport
- Have experience in Education, SEN, or Youth worker roles
- Flexible to work different shift patterns one day a week
