With several students to your class, you will encourage each student to become motivated to participate in each practical and theoretical lesson with an energetic and passionate attitude. Furthermore, you will participate alongside your students for any outdoor educational trips, enabling the student to make effective relationships with peers and staff.

Job responsibilities:
- Support students in a Primary SEN Setting
- Help students with Social, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties to understand barriers to learning
- Participate in all activities through out the day
- One to one and group tasks including: Board games!
- Feedback to the main teacher about successes for the day


Key Skills:
- Have experience working with KS1-KS2
- Understanding of special educational needs
- Have own means of transport (this school cannot be accessed by public transport)
- Open to extra opportunities
