We are recruiting for a Dynamic, driven Teacher as Head of MFL to lead the way to build this department into a department of excellence in Hatfield Hertfordshire, starting in September 2018.

This smaller than average school is positively evolving at present and would suit a dedicated Teacher wanting to make a difference - they are looking for candidates who may have had 2nd in dept experience and who want to make a mark within the school.

Someone with excellent leadership skills, and who wants to promote positive values and who is able to support and mentor colleagues, would suit this role.

The successful candidate needs to be organised, articulate, and be able to adapt to changes, they must have a tremendous work ethic, be passionate and provide quality throughout.

As a qualified Teacher, you will have had recent teaching and leadership experience, you will have the understanding and commitment needed, be confident and fastidious and be prepared to give this challenge the energies it deserves.
