Understanding the process of ABA (applied behaviour analysis) in a specialised curriculum in CABAS, will be the main aim for your year as you will get the chance to apply your skills in practical and interactive sessions. In addition, you will ensure that all of your students can gain the best education from your lesson plans and support for their goals and achievements.

Job responsibilities:
- To shadow the main teacher to fully understand the structure of the classroom
- Work alongside each student to help them overcome any barriers to learning
- Participate in all physical and theoretical activities
- Attend meetings and training sessions each week
- Gain understanding of Autism and Speech and language needs through theoretical practice


Key Skills:
- Must have experienced in SEN education, Care, Support worker or nursing roles
- Own means of transport as the school is not accessible by public transport (essential)
- Motivated to improve skills and dedicated to pursuing training
