With a specialised curriculum in CABAS, you will work alongside the main teacher and students with autism and speech and language needs to understand how to plan effect content for your classes, understand therapy techniques for each student and provide effective key life skill sessions to ensure your students can gain independent skills.

Job responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to provide: Applied behaviour analysis to all students
- Participate in all activities, community and outdoor educational days
- Attending meetings and one to one sessions with Manager and team
- Attend course days on and off-site
- Develop knowledge of Autism and speech and language needs
- Attend training day, once a week


Key skills:
- Must have own means of transport
- Experience in SEN, Education, Support worker, youth worker or Nursing Roles
- Must be able to provide Personal Care
- Keen to learn new skills
