A school in the Arundel area are looking for a teacher who has experience working with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The class has 4 students who need support and guidance on how to access the curriculum and work on their functional skills. The school is very focused on creativity and a hands on approach.

Responsibilities of the role include:
* Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with school curriculum
* Manage learners' progress and attainment
* Keep record of students' progress
* Create stimulating and engaging lessons for the students
* The ability to teach learners with SEMH needs

Skills required for this role:
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Ability to cope under pressure
* Ability to assist in the development of study programmes for specific subject area/s
* Experience of working with young people with Learning disabilities, ASC, and/ or challenging behaviour
* Ability to assist in the differentiation of programmes for individual learners needs and levels of achievement creatively
