Are you a qualified teacher looking for part-time, flexible hours? Are you able to teach a range of core subjects to pupils with SEN? Do you motivate your students to overcome their barriers to learning?

We are looking for a Core Subjects Teacher to support a bright pupil who struggles with social interaction. You will be working with the student in an environment that best suits them due to the learning difficulties and social needs they have. You will need to be self-reflective and provide constructive feedback for your student.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Plan and set work around your learner's individual needs
-Provide feedback to learners to progress development
-Build relationships with learners and their families
-Working on a 1:1 basis with children who have a wide range of special educational needs
-Enabling learners to access education

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:
-Ability to teach core subjects including Maths/ English/ Science and Humanities
-Experience working with children
-Ability to work on a 1:1 basis
-Ability to adapt to individual learners' learning and development needs
-Ability to teach a number of different subjects
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
