With your excellent planning and encouraging support, your students will look up to you to provide the upmost support in learning key life skills and working through the national curriculum in. Your lessons will be filled with practical, interactive and visual sessions to help inspire and engage your students to have that "Lightbulb" moment.

Job responsibilities:
- Devise schemes of work, lesson plans and curriculum projects which meet the needs of all your students
- Ensure that each student is able to progress both practically and theoretically
- Take part in meetings and training as required
- Ensure that effective communication is being displayed between line managers and other members of staff
- Liaise with Teaching assistant staff to ensure that all students are supported efficiently
- Encouraging students to work independently and engage in all activities
- Reinforce behaviour management techniques within the class in a positive manner


Key skills:
- Able to use de-escalating techniques
- QTS or QTLS qualification (essential)
- Own means of transport (desirable)
- Experience working with SEMH
