Are you a positive and influential teacher? Have you experience working alongside social and emotional needs? Do you want to make a difference to students' lives?


Then this is a role you do not want to skip!


With several students to your class you will ensure that all students are able to access both the practical and theoretical curriculum. Your positive role model will provide students with confidence and motivation to apply their skills to every session through out the day. You will be responsible to do a little bit of admin… but, your focus will be on making sure each student can effectively walk away from the day with knowledge they may have not learnt in the past.

Job responsibilities:
- To observe students to understand their social and emotional needs
- Work with students to overcome their barriers to learning
- Admin
- Work creatively to help students understand subjects in a visual way
- Bring a positive energy to the classroom
- Work on each students independent learning plans and see how to improve them


Key skills:
- Essential (NQT or PGCE qualification)
- Own means of transport
- Experience of working alongside students with Social and emotional needs
- Experience in primary and secondary curriculum
- Adaptable to work alongside all ages
