You will be responsible to ensure that all students are motivated and overcome their barriers to learning.

Job responsibilities:
- Management of lesson content, the classroom and support for students
- Working with Teaching assistant to put into place E.H.C.P (social, emotional needs)
- Monitor and control Student progress
- Enable school policies and Health and safety is enabled
- Establish good relationships with Students, Staff and parents


Key skills:
- QTS or PGCE qualification (Essential)
- Experience working in : Education, SEN
- Committed to helping develop student progress
- Understanding of Special educational needs
