With your positive and enthusiastic character, you will provide interactive and inspiring lessons for students with physical disabilities and complex needs. Following the national curriculum, you will work with several members of the team to ensure that all of those tricky maths questions and spelling mistakes can be tackled by your students.

Job responsibilities:
- Meet the needs of each individual student and ensure that students can progress towards their individual learning plans
- Ensure that each student can communicate effectively their barriers to learning and assist the students to overcome their barriers to learning
- Teach several subjects from the national curriculum that are suitable for KS2 level
- Feedback to line manager in regards to what went well and even better if
- Liaise with staff to ensure that each student is receiving the best support throughout the day


Key Skills:
- QTS or PGCE (essential)
- Management and organisational skills
- Be a team player
- Own means of transport
- Experience of Special educational needs (essential)
