Are you looking for part-time flexible hours? Are you a qualified teacher with experience working with SEN? Are you creative enough to improve the learning and development of KS2 children?

A specialised school for children who are physically challenged are looking for a teacher to teach children who have a major learning disability. You will be teaching these children on a part-time flexible basis and will be one of 2 teachers in the classroom with the help of 4-5 Teaching Assistants.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
-Providing feedback to teacher on progress and development
-Tailoring learning techniques to individual learners
-Planning lessons and marking work
-Striving to meet your pupil's targets

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-Ability to teach KS2/KS3 children
-Be able to teach a variety of subjects with a focus on Maths and English
-Be able to build relationships with children and adults
-Be flexible and creative in your approach to learning techniques.
