A successful Secondary school is looking to recruit tutors, particularly within English and Maths, for roles that begin before the Christmas holidays. These roles comprise working with students on either a 1:1 or 1:3 ratio and will be either face to face or online, depending on whichever best suits the school and/or the student.
This is a school where students are actively encouraged to partake in activities that benefit others with the hope that this will help to develop a selfless individual as they make the transition from Secondary school to adulthood.
High expectations are placed on the students and of course a large majority of them missed out on a significant amount of their education during the initial lockdown period, which is why the need for tutors exists here.

Requirements of the candidate:You will need to hold UK QTS or have significant experience as a TutorBeing able to demonstrate the ability to raise standardsTo possess effective classroom management strategiesHaving a DBS already on the Update Service or the willingness to complete a new DBS applicationAbility to communicate effectively with others
