Supporting the main teachers and therapy staff, you will ensure that each student can participate in every interactive session specialised in agriculture. In addition to this, you will assist staff and students off-site for outdoor educational days and community visits.

Job responsibilities:
- Support the main teacher to assist with any preparation classroom-based tasks
- Work on a one to one or group basis
- Participate in all timetabled activities throughout the day
- Flexible in meeting the needs of each student
- Help students to build confidence and motivation
- Participate in team meetings and training programs
- Work alongside students educational health care plans


Key skills:
- DBS in the last 12 months (desirable)
- Must have own means of transport
- Must have experience in personal care
- Experience working with Adults or children in education or care
- Must have experience supporting complex and physical disabilities
