No formal qualifications are required. We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for education, a positive, professional attitude, and who excel at time management and organisation. Most importantly, you must possess the patience and empathy needed to build rapport and effectively support students.
Duties:
- Support student learning during classroom activities.
- Assist with reading, writing etc.. in 1:1 and groups.
- Help the teacher prepare resources and materials.
- Supervise students to ensure a safe learning environment.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
- Provide feedback on student progress to the class teacher.

Essential Requirements:
- You must hold the Legal Right to Work in the UK.
- An Enhanced Child DBS is required (we will happily guide you through the fast-track application process if you don't already have one).
