Working alongside students with Autism and complex needs will be the main focus of your day. In addition you will be supported by the main teacher and several specialists to help students become motivated and engaged in a visual and interactive curriculum.

Job responsibilities:
- To be adaptable to work alongside students in KS1 - college level
- To understand the needs of each student
- Attend meetings and training sessions each week
- Work alongside students educational health care plans
- Support staff for outdoor educational trips


Key Skills:
- Attend each day with a positive mental attitude
- Have experience in SEN, Education or Support worker roles
- Have own means of transport
- Open to training sessions
