Working alongside the main teacher you will ensure that each student with Autism and complex needs can understand and develop their knowledge of different activities and interactive sessions to build their independence and key life skills.

Job responsibilities:
- Support the main teacher in outdoor education and classroom-based tasks
- Participate in all therapy sessions along with the specialist and ensure each students social and emotional needs are met
- Work in one to one and group sessions
- Ensure that each student is working towards their educational health care plans
- Work alongside specific class for the whole day

Key Skills:
- Must have own means of transport
- Desirable to have Manual handling and hoisting experience
- Must have experience in SEN, Education, Nursing or Support worker roles
- Flexible in work pattern
