Outdoor educational days, work experience and community visits will be on the agenda for your week. With several students per your class you will ensure that each student is engaged and motivated to take part in each session. With these specialised classes you will ensure that students can take away key life skills and build their confidence when approaching different tasks.

Job responsibilities:
- To provide support to students in several theoretical tasks for core subjects
- Participate in all activities and outdoor educational days
- Ensure that staff are supported on community trips
- Assist the main teacher to provide admin and resources for each session
- Motivate your students to push to their potential


Key Skills:
- Must have experience working with SEN, Youth worker or support worker roles
- Must have own means of transport as public services cannot be accessed here
- Willing to learn new skills and attend training sessions

We will be interviewing for this role on the 20th of December 2018. This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis starting in January.
