With your encouraging approach, you will support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs to participate in specialised sessions including forest school and art therapy. In addition, students will look to you as an influential role model.

Job responsibilities:
- Support students to reach their goals
- Understand the social and emotional needs of each student
- Provide support on a one to one basis and in group settings
- Participate in every session throughout the day
- Attend weekly meetings and training sessions
- Report back to the main teacher in regards to what went well and what could've gone better

Key Requirements:
- Team teach or MAPA training (desirable)
- Own means of transport
- Dedication to supporting students with SEMH
