Supporting students to understand their barriers to learning will be on the agenda for your day. With your motivation and positive mindset, you will ensure that each student can contribute to practical and interactive sessions. Sessions may include forest school, outdoor educational trips and community visits.

Job responsibilities:
- To enable that all students are motivated and progressing towards their goals
- Follow the guidelines of Individual educational plans
- Engage with students in one to one and group sessions
- Promote positive attitudes and ethos for the school environment
- Attend meetings each week to feedback to main teacher and line manager about progress through out the week.


Key Skills:
- Have experience in mainstream or SEN Education
- Open to training opportunities
- Have own means of transport as public services cannot be accessed here
