With your support and motivation, you will ensure that students with Autism and speech and language needs can learn new key skills and forms of communication to encourage students to effectively communicate with peers and staff.

Job responsibilities:
- Participate in all training sessions and group meetings
- Support students on a one to one and group basis, to ensure that each student is engaged in the tasks
- Understand the social and emotional needs of each student
- Support the main teacher to provide any materials or equipment for each session
- Attend all outdoor educational trips and work experience days


Key Skills:
- Must provide your own means of transport as you will not be able to access public transport
- Must have experience in SEN, Education, Support worker, youth worker or nursing roles
- Open to training opportunities
