Working alongside several SEN Specialists, you will ensure that each student with Autism and speech and language needs can effectively communicate with peers and staff by using Makaton (a form of sign language). In addition, you will challenge yourself to ensure that all students can overcome barriers to learning in all specialised subjects.

Job responsibilities:
- To ensure that each student can develop their skills and knowledge in each subject
- Participate in all activities throughout the day
- Attend meetings and extra training days
- Be flexible to work alongside KS1- College level
- Provide support to the main teacher in the classroom and for outdoor activities
- Ensure that the school ethos is pursued throughout each lesson.

Key Skills:
- Experience supporting students with Autism and Speech and language needs
- Must have own means of transport as public transport cannot be accessed here
- Open to learning new skills
