With specialised therapy sessions and outdoor educational sessions, you will work alongside students with autism and speech and language needs to learn important key life skills and gain independence in each task. In addition, each week you will have the chance to learn new skills for yourself including Makaton.

Job responsibilities:
- To ensure that each student can develop their skills and knowledge in each subject
- Provide support to the main teacher in the classroom and for outdoor activities
- Attend meetings and extra training days
- Participate in all activities throughout the day
- Be flexible to work alongside KS1- College level
- Ensure that the school ethos is pursued throughout each lesson.

Key Skills:
- Must have own means of transport as public transport cannot be accessed here
- Open to learning new skills
- Must have experience working alongside SEN, Education or Care roles
