Supporting students to gain independence for their future via a specialised curriculum will be the main aim for your day. You will ensure that each student is able to cook, clean and enjoy practical sessions with specialised therapy teams and SEN specialists.

Job responsibilities:
- To ensure that all students can participate in all activities
- To understand each student's barriers to learning
- To work alongside therapy teams and the main teacher to improve students' skills
- To support teachers off-site during outdoor educational days and community visits
- To build effective relationships with students

Key requirements:
- An understanding of Autism and Speech and Language needs
- Experience in SEN or Care
- Own means of transport
