We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive SEN Teaching Assistant to work alongside children with learning difficulties and speech and language needs. Your responsibilities will include:
-Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
-Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher
-Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
-Providing feedback to teacher on students' progress and development
-Supervising and monitoring behaviour

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:
-Able to support the general well-being of students
-Good numeracy and literacy skills
-Be able to build positive and appropriate relationships with students and teachers
-Have a passion for working with SEN children
-Own means of transport is essential
