An outstanding school in the Crawley area is looking for a teaching assistant that can join their team of brilliant educators. Your role will include:
Guiding students during their school day and outdoor activities
Supporting Autistic learners enabling them to access the curriculum
Assessing students on their development by liaising with the teacher

Skills required for this role
Experience in working with SEN learners (children and/or adults)
An understanding of how to work with Autistic learners
The ability to de-escalate a challenging situation
