Finding ways to support students to overcome their barriers to learning will be the main aim for your day. You will support students with complex needs to find different ways of learning new skills with interactive and visual lessons.

Job responsibilities:
- To assist therapy staff, supporting their programs and student interventions
- To participate in each session alongside your students
- To work on a one-to-one and group basis
- To provide support to the main teacher, including with admin tasks
- To feedback to the main teacher regarding what went well and areas for improvement
- To supply information to each students I.E.P's

Key Skills:
- Experience in SEN (essential)
- Own means of transport
- A keenness to develop skills
