Working alongside the main teacher, you will effectively be the backbone to helping students overcome their barriers to learning. In addition, the select few students you will assist will guide you through their day in practical and theoretical sessions. Whether it be learning skills in forest school, to creative play, you will never have the same day in this role.

Job responsibilities:
- Provide support in a primary setting
- Helping students to understand skills in Maths, English and Science
- Help students to improve their reading and writing skills
- Motivate students to participate in practical sessions
- Attend meetings to discuss feedback through out the day


Key Skills:
- Have experience In SEN education or youth worker roles
- Own means of Transport (as this school cannot be accessed by public transport)
- Motivated to helping students progress
- Resilient and understanding
