Providing students with support and guidance in outdoor educational schemes, and interactive sessions in the classroom will be the basis of your day. Working alongside several students you will ensure that all students can become enthusiastic and energetic to participate in all activities and community visits.

Job responsibilities:
- Attend training days each week to support your practice in the classroom
- Understand the social and emotional needs of each student
- Provide a positive role model for students
- Ensure that each student can effectively communicate with peers and staff
- Motivate students to overcome barriers to learning


Key skills:
- To have an understanding of Asperger's and Autism
- Must have experience in Education, community support worker and youth worker roles.
- Have own means of transport (essential)
- Flexible to work with KS1 - College level
