This school are looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to support students on a daily basis to participate in outdoor educational days and specialised therapy session to build their social and key life skills.

Job responsibilities:
- Create visual and interactive boards to ensure students can see visual representations of subjects studied.
- To motivate students to participate in all subjects and sessions
- To assist students to understand their triggers and overcome their barriers to learning
- Understand how to use Makaton effectively to build relationships with students
- Observe and feedback to main teacher about successes and even better if
- Support staff on outdoor educational trips and community visits

Key skills:
- Must Experience in either SEN, Education, Support worker or Nursing roles
- Must have own means of transport
- Dedicated to making a difference to students educational practice
- Understanding of Special educational needs
