A thriving school near Guildford is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and resilient teaching assistant to support young children with physical and mental difficulties. The school supports children who are all on various levels of the autistic spectrum: for the right person, this role could be a temp-to-perm contract, based on competency.

Your role will involve:



* Working alongside the teacher to ensure all students are supported
* Supporting all students on a daily basis
* Making sure that students are supported pastorally and academically

* Good Maths and English Skills
* An understanding of working with Autism
* The ability to be supportive and calm under pressure
