I am looking for supply Teaching Assistants to work in the Crawley, Horsham and Cranleigh area to work in fantastic local SEN schools. These schools aim to provide an exciting and social school experience for their students by using an interactive and practical curriculum and sensory and flexible teaching techniques. This is a great opportunity to choose the days you work and the schools you work in, with many of the roles having the potential to lead to long term and permanent positions.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
-Providing feedback to teacher on students' progress and development
-Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
-Supervising and monitoring behaviour
-Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:
-Be able to build positive and appropriate relationships with students and teachers
-Have a passion for working with SEN children
-Own means of transport is essential
-Able to support the general well-being of students
-Good numeracy and literacy skills
-At least 2 references from the last 5 years
