A fantastic Special Educational needs school in the Horsham area are looking for a compassionate and positive Teaching Assistant. You will be working with children with learning difficulties and speech and language needs and supporting them to access an interactive and practical curriculum. -Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
-Providing feedback to teacher on students' progress and development
-Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
-Supervising and monitoring behaviour
-Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher

-Be able to build positive and appropriate relationships with students and teachers
-Have a passion for working with SEN children
-Own means of transport is essential
-Able to support the general well-being of students
-Good numeracy and literacy skills
