Job responsibilities:
- To ensure that each student can develop their skills and knowledge in each subject
- To provide support to the main teacher in the classroom and throughout outdoor activities
- To attend meetings and extra training days
- To participate in all activities throughout the day
- To demonstrate flexibility in working alongside KS1- College level students
- To ensure that the school ethos is pursued throughout each lesson

Key Skills:
- Must have own means of transport
- Must have experience working alongside SEN, in an Education or Care role
- Must be open to learning new skills
