Supporting students with Autism and speech and language needs, you will ensure that each student can participate in effective social communication with peers and staff whilst also attending practical and therapy sessions for their academic day.

Job responsibilities:
- Participate in all training sessions and group meetings
- Support students on a one to one and group basis, to ensure that each student is engaged in the tasks
- Understand the social and emotional needs of each student
- Support the main teacher to provide any materials or equipment for each session
- Attend all outdoor educational trips and work experience days


Key Skills:
- Must provide your own means of transport
- Must have experience in SEN, Education, Support worker, a youth worker or nursing roles
- Open to training opportunities
