With your inspiring and motivational energy, you will work alongside several students with Autism and complex needs to expand their minds through touch, taste, sounds and sights. By using different activities through out the school, you will have a practical and interactive approach to helping your students overcome their barriers to learning.

Job responsibilities:
- Be an inspiring role model and encourage students to have a positive mental attitude
- Motivate students to participate in all subjects
- Be creative and flexible to work with all ages (KS1- College Level)
- Help students to communicate effectively with peers and staff
- Assist all staff in outdoor activities and community visits


Key Skills:
- Desirable : Have own means of transport
- Have an understanding of Autism and complex needs
- Keen to learn new skills and training
- Experience working in Education, SEN, Support worker or Care roles
