A wonderful SEN school near Sevenoaks is looking for a positive and organised class coordinator to deploy support staff in the classroom to ensure that each individual learner's needs are met. You will be working with children with physical disabilities and associated learning difficulties to ensure they are able to access the curriculum and build strong and positive relationships with staff and peers.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Ensuring effective communication with and between staff and students
-Delivering particular strategies and programmes for students
-Taking a lead in regards to general support duties including providing physical management and personal care

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:
-GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
-Excellent communication skills
-An aspiration to enable students to learn and achieve meaningful independence
-Own means of transport is essential
-At least two professional references
-A passion for and an interest in SEN and physical disabilities
