With several students to your class you will work alongside the main teacher to help students with Autism and complex needs to learn key life through creative play. With a large selection of specialised activities and therapy sessions, each day will be different from the last.

Job responsibilities:
- One to one and group sessions
- Participate in all practical and theoretical lessons
- Provide support for each student and ensure that their social and emotional needs are met
- Work alongside students Educational health care plans
- Feedback to main teacher about successes and even better if

Key Skills
- Have own means of transport (Essential)
- Understanding of Autism and complex needs
- Dedication to job role and supporting students to overcome their barriers
- Experience in SEN, Education or support worker roles
