Are you looking for a flexible work pattern? Do you have experience in the SEN sector? Are you an influential role model?

Providing support to students with complex learning difficulties to approach a specialised curriculum will be your role for the day. In addition, you will work alongside several students to ensure that each individual is learning something new every day. With sensory rooms and interactive tools to help you creatively tell a story or hear the sounds of different seasons (rain), this role will never be the same as the day before!

Job responsibilities:
- To understand the social and emotional needs of each student
- Work as a team to enable that each student can build character and a positive mindset
- Attend meetings and training sessions each week
- Be enthusiastic to participate in all sessions
- Be able to use initiative in the classroom and support the teacher with every need


Key skills:
- Grade C's in English and Maths
- Experience in Care or SEN education
- Personal care
- Own means of transport (desirable)
