Understanding how your students tick will be the main aim of your day. With your support and encouragement, you will ensure that each individual can participate in specialised therapy sessions including hydrotherapy, sport and occupational therapy.

Job responsibilities:
- Understand the social, emotional, physical and spiritual development of each student
- Help students to progress to the next level of learning
- Work on a one to one basis with students with complex and physical disabilities
- Ensure that health and safety is enabled at all times
- Provide excellent communication between staff, students and other departments
- Provide support in both education and residential settings

Key Requirements:
- Must have experience with SEN, Education, Care or Nursing
- Maths and English GSCE grades C and above
- Must have own means of transport
