Are you a Technical Coordinator looking for your next challenge in the industry?

My client, one of the UK's most prestigious and leading housing developers is looking for an enthusiastic Technical Coordinator to be part of the upcoming project located in the North West London region.

This upcoming project is a great opportunity to join an acclaimed company who are seeking for an accomplished Technical Coordinator. The desired Techncial Coordinator would be responsible for coordinating all technical information on site from inception to completion.

Duties for this role include:



* Ensuring that the design information is managed and executed to the original brief
* Supporting the construction team
* Supporting the professional consultant teams with all day to day construction and design communication

Requirements for this role include:



* Experience in previous residential schemes
* Strong rapport building skills
* Strong track record of delivering projects in a timely manner
