Are you a stickler for detail? Obsessed about accuracy? Penchant for precision? An award winning, central London, High End Residential Design studio are looking for a Technical Designer (Vectorworks) with over 4 years professional experience to work on projects up to £5 million. The position also has the flexibility to work 4 days a week. This is an urgent requirement…so don't hold back on applying.

You'll be working from their easily reached, beautifully designed, open plan offices with rooftop garden (you may need a jacket this time of the year). Due to the small size of the practice, what it may lack in corporate benefits, they more than make up for in perks - with free lunches, social events, oversea trips, and an early finish on Fridays. As a Technical Designer, you'll be a key element to the design team, ensuring all working drawings are delivered to a high standard. The high end practice deliver a lot of bespoke items, so a creative flair is a must have! Current projects include a South London townhouse, West London mansion plus many overseas projects.

Responsibilities:



* Working closely with Design Manager & Creative team
* Full technical package co-ordination
* Drawing up plans, sections, elevations in Vectorworks
* Bespoke joinery detailing
* Visiting site and coordinating/surveying

Requirements:



* Strong professional experience using Vectorworks
* High end residential project experience
* Joinery detailing experience
* Strong NBS knowledge
