Our client is looking for experienced Operator Technicians, Operator Technician Upstream and Technical Engineers to start as soon as possible. Purpose of the roles:Operator TechnicianTo complete preventative asset care and maintenance tasks to ensure machines within work area/production lines achieve output required within quality, yield and waste targets to meet shift Production and Line Utilisation Plans Operator Technical UpstreamOperate Process machinery and equipment and complete preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure Process achieves the Syrup output required within quality and yield targets to met shift Syrup Production Plans Technician EngineerOperate manufacturing machinery and complete preventative and corrective maintenance within work area/production line to ensure the machines achieves output required within quality, yield and waste targets to meet shift Production PlansYour responsibilities will include;Drive Efficiency and EffectivenessContinuous Improvement/Functional ExcellenceTeam flexibilityContinuous Improvement Qualification;Maths and English passed at School leaving Certificate level (GCSE in UK) - All rolesTechnically trained (mechanical or electrical to nationally recognised level, preferably dual-skilled) - OperatorTechnically trained (mechanical/electrical/Laboratory skills to nationally recognised level or proven machine operational skills) - Upstream Experience required Technician Production;Significant experience of working as an engineer, at least 5 yrs +. If not dual-skilled trained, will have gained practical experience in other work disciplinePrevious experience of working within a FMCG environment is desirableAll machine asset care tasks on a production lineComplex machine breakdowns and fault-findingCommissioning trials and tests for new equipmentTechnical training for other team members Experience required Operator Technician Upstream and Technician Engineer;Previous experience of working within a FMCG environment is desirable - Will probably have 2 yr + experience as an OperatorMachine operation for all equipment in process area and/or lab experienceAsset care techniques - able to follow technical manuals/OEM instructionsPc literacy to use line information systems Operator Production and UpstreamPay rate; £14.24 per hour for the first 12 weeks then it increases to £17.80Shifts hours vary; 06h00 - 18h00 then rotates to 18h00 - 06h00 (Continental shift pattern of 4 on and 4 off) Technician EngineerPay rate; £18.07 per hour for the first 12 weeks then it increases to £22.59Shifts hours vary; 06h00 - 14h00, 14h00 - 22h00, 22h00 - 06h00 Successful candidates will be given a comprehensive induction and full training.
